The work of the lawyer in the purchase and sale of real estate in Spain

Our advice includes before the sale the detailed information to the client about all the expenses and taxes involved in the transaction, the charges or debts that affect the property. If necessary, the NIE or CIF will be obtained for a non-resident company, and of course private contracts will be drafted. The signing of the deed of purchase or sale before a Notary will assist you so that all private agreements are respected and we can also assist as interpreters or sign on your behalf through the corresponding power and thus avoid long waits and trips to attend this appointment.

Once the deed is signed, the taxes will be settled, the deed being presented to the Property Registry, changing the electricity and water supply contracts, and the municipal tax receipts, as well as the Community of Owners.

Our geographical area of ​​work goes from the Costa del Sol (Málaga Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Estepona) to Costa Tropical (Nerja, Almuñécar, Salobreña).

In relation to our fees in general, we apply 1% of the purchase price for all our work, and high-cost properties can be negotiated, although we will always make a personalized and adequate proposal to the work required.
